Returns and exchanges
If you have received an item but for some reason it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days since the day you have received it. After this period items purchased on www.urban-backpack.com are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Item returned or exchanged must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with tags attached, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
Option 1: Omniva parcel machine
If you selected Omniva as your delivery method you should have received a return code in SMS sent by Omniva. Please use this code and follow the instructions on the parcel machine.
Else if you for any reason didn't receive return code or you used other delivery method, please submit Return form, receive confirmation email with all details for a return and return label, that has to be added to parcel or box and proceed to Omniva parcel box.
We will proceed with a refund straight after the item will be back in our storage.
Option 2: Post Office
You may choose also to use post office. If return is done via post office we strongly advise to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return shipping costs are covered by customer.
Refund
Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment without delay and no longer than 14 days since refund confirmation.
If product is paid fully or partly with URBAN BACKPACK Gift voucher in case of Return refund can be received only in form of URBAN BACKPACK Gift voucher.
Late or missing refunds: - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. - Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. - Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@tetegroup.eu
URBAN BACKPACK reserve it’s right to cancel order in case for any reason we haven’t received payment from customer, in such a case customer will be notified by email.
